Victoria is the most caring and giving nurse every day that she arrives at our Baptist Clay Progressive Care Unit. She not only takes exemplary care of her own patients but will also do anything for her coworkers to lend a helping hand. Victoria is known to stay late just to assist the team during their hectic situations.

She consistently demonstrates extraordinary compassion, respect, excellence, integrity, and teamwork in her daily work. Victoria continues to contribute to a positive team environment by actively seeking to improve herself. Her patients love her and our team loves her as she is truly and asset to Baptist.
