The outstanding care Victoria provided for my son and me during our stay showed incredible compassion and dedication. She went out of her way to make sure we felt supported. She is very patient and kind. With her ability to combine skill with genuine compassion, she treated us not just a patients but as people. We felt heard! My son has special needs and has many disabilities; she made sure he was comfortable and taken care of, along with me. We felt safe, heard, and respected! All nurses need to strive to be like her. She exemplifies what nursing is and should be all about.
