Victoria was kind, caring, and gentle, helping the family, especially the patient's mom, come to grips with changing the code status. I watched Victoria gently attend to the needs of both the patient and the family. There were tears in Victoria's eyes as she cared for this family. Her tears conveyed the depth of her compassion and care. She is truly an exceptional nurse!
