I want to commend a nurse, Victoria, on the care she recently provided to my father. My father has mild cognitive impairment, and she would always introduce herself when she entered the room, orient him, and listen. She advocated for the family when it took hours for a doctor to visit. She washed his hair and bathed him while he awaited discharge to a rehabilitation facility. I can't say enough good things about her care. I would like to nominate her for a DAISY Award. Thank you!

I have taken the time to sit down and write firsthand what I have personally witnessed while watching Victoria care for her patients on unit 4500. This is why I have decided to nominate her for the DAISY Award. I truly feel she deserves recognition for her dedication and commitment to our mission here at Ascension Saint Agnes.
