Victoria was an absolutely amazing nurse and while all of the other staff were absolutely wonderful, I was sad when it was time for shift change and knew she wouldn't be back the following day! I would say Victoria went above and beyond her duties and did so willingly. My support person, my husband, had to go home to stay with my older two children as they were not doing well with our sitter, and Victoria offered to watch my sweet newborn, M, so I could enjoy my first shower once she knew she was able to complete her other tasks with patients.

Not only did she create this time for me, she made footprint art with M to give to her big brother and big sister, plus one for mom and dad! We are laminating them and we all love them. Victoria had been upbeat and positive the entire time, and seemed like a true genuine person. She interacted fabulously with my 9 and 7 year olds, who are quite a handful to put it lightly and was always on top of things and making sure I had nothing to worry about.

Victoria deserves so much credit for being the absolutely incredible nurse that she is, and I've told so many people about the incredible care myself and baby recieved from her, and the team at Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center Mother/Baby and Labor and Delivery. I drove over an hour away for care here, originally due to availability, but I've been so happy with the experience and I'd recommend it to everybody, especially with Victoria as their Mother/Baby nurse! I've truly never had a better experience with a nurse prior, and I have a pretty extensive medical history. Thank you so much, Victoria, you are so valued and appreciated by the our family!
