Victoria is an amazing assistant nurse manager. She always comes in with a positive attitude. Being an assistant manager, she has a lot on her plate and behind the scenes work that needs to be done but she is always on the floor helping her staff succeed in whatever needs to be done. She transports, starts IV, assists in traumas and codes, anything and everything she is willing to jump in and help! I look forward to the days I work with her because everything runs smoothly when she is in charge.
