With a great attitude and empathetic approach, we feel like we won the nurse lottery!
This nurse checked on me frequently and always asked if I needed anything. If I did, she would get it right away. Upon checking my perineal area, she even offered to change my pad. She was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I met an amazing, kind, great attitude, positive vibes, down-to-earth, very sweet, and warm-hearted nurse. I was so stressed out due to my son's first bilirubin test results, his results were elevated, and I was very scared and nervous that he would have had to stay in the hospital. She took the time out of her schedule to keep checking on me and listening to me, just made me feel so comfortable with her. She is an incredible young lady, and she took good care of me and my son. After crying a few times, she made me feel so much better. She kept me posted on his last two bilirubin test results and the results were good! I was happy when she told me.

After going through an excruciating 30+ hours of labor with little progression, during which all our RNs and midwives were excellent. This nurse came in at shift change and stood out. Her positive attitude, warm reception, and caring personality during the last few grueling hours made it all bearable. She did everything in her power to make me comfortable before, during, and after push time. She made me feel like I was being taken care of by a member of my family. The following night, on her next shift, she even made it a point to come over to Mother-Baby unit to check in on us. Thank you for all you did for me.

This nurse went out of her way to take care of us. She was kind, supportive, and super knowledgeable! She explained things every step of the way and made sure we were comfortable. During delivery and an operation afterward, she was very encouraging, and it really helped to know that we could rely on her. With a great attitude and empathetic approach, we feel like we won the nurse lottery! Seriously, a big thank you.

This nurse introduced herself then came over and took the time to assess me and my newborn daughter properly and fully. From listening to her heart, lungs, and abdomen to palpating her head to toes and stopping at all points of pulse, and obtaining all her vitals. All other nurses were kind and helped me with all my needs but this nurse took the time to properly do her job as a caregiver.
