On a very scary morning in November, I gave birth to twin girls at 25 weeks gestation. One passed away at 36 hours. The other had many scares, and at 10 days of birth, she was transferred here for surgery. During one of the most terrifying times of my life, Victoria has been there time after time. She has requested my daughter during surgeries to be there for her. She has stayed late after her shift just to talk and comfort our family. After 163 days, I am proud to say my daughter is going home. As a final thank you, I requested Victoria for my daughter's final NICU evening. Victoria's heart is so pure and her dedication to her patients is outstanding. There is nothing that can prepare someone for the loss of a child, the NICU journey, or the joy you feel on discharge day. I am so grateful Victoria has been there for the past 5 ½ months helping us in so many ways.
