Victoria's nomination comes from a dialysis patient who took the wrong meds on the way to his vacation in Hawai'i. He spent two and a half days at Queen's straight off the plane. "The staff was wonderful but none more than Victoria Ogasawara," wrote his wife. "The education she provided helped alleviate his cramping when we got home. She had such a positive and giving spirit and really helped us get through a traumatic experience."
