It is clear she’s been in IBCLC for over 10 years, as her expertise and advice were exactly what was needed. She spent a lot of time with us, and we could tell she had our best interests at heart. She thoroughly assessed the breastfeeding dyad and answered all our questions. She was patient and provided the resources and tools we needed. Although it took a while with her high patient load, she spent the time we needed, and it never felt like she was in a hurry. Vicki was above and beyond the best part of our stay. She really assisted with breastfeeding and provided so much in-depth education throughout her approximately 90-minute visit; we could tell she genuinely cared about the patients. We felt that we were the only patient, even though we knew she had about 20 families to see. She spent quality time ensuring we had everything we needed, and he successfully breastfed on both sides. We are genuinely grateful for Vicki and the personalized quality care she gave us.
