Victoria went out of her way to set up all the extra COVID areas that the department needed at the start of the Pandemic and had to facilitate this with very short notice.
She also wrote standard operating procedures for all roles for these areas, stocking lists, and handover sheets.
All this was done while she should've been on annual leave. What she did made a massive difference to the department and helped relieve the anxiety around COVID in the early stages and weeks.
