Victoria listens and shows so much compassion and empathy. Our little girl is in the NICU, and she goes out of her way to comfort me (the mom) when I am mourning and having a hard time. She genuinely cares for me and my well-being. She was honest and forthright in all her helpful recommendations for treating me. She is also so fast with requests and has a delightful bedside manner. I dealt with over twenty nurses during my hospital stay and Victoria stood out amongst them all. Her cheerful spirit is so contagious, and she is a joy to be around, even at my lowest. She really does care about me, and I’ll never forget the experience I had with her.
