Last week we went through the most terrifying experience. Our youngest daughter was so sick. We felt hopeless. While everyone at COA has been excellent, Vickie sticks out to us the most. From the moment she came into our child's room, her love and passion for her patients and career were so apparent. She always showed compassion, knew exactly how to communicate with us and our girl, and was always positive. She was a true advocate, paging the MD for additional orders when our girl's pain was not controlled. She took care of her for two days and we know without a doubt she was in the best of hands.
