Victoria has such good bedside manners. My baby boy had to be admitted to NICU, and I was so distraught mentally. Every time I talked to her, she reassured me that it was okay to feel what I was feeling. I was struggling with feeding my baby, as was he struggling to feed. She really sat with me and took the time to show me the different techniques and help me gain my confidence as a first-time mom. She is so gentle with him, really takes her time, and gives him everything he needs. She allows me to be hands-on with him and helps me every step of the way. I was having a mental breakdown, and she really helped me through one of the hardest days of my life. I can't thank her enough.
