Victoria made sure we were comfortable at all times and took the time to make us feel truly welcome.
I had just left another facility due to the poor medical care we were receiving, and I was not too keen on going to Newark due to a bad past experience. When I arrived at Newark with broken water I was utterly terrified, not knowing what was going to happen. I was greeted on the 4th floor by RN Victoria with a smile on her mask and love in her heart. She holds a vast amount of knowledge and was so kind to share all she knew. I delivered a beautiful baby girl with minimal complications. I could count on RN Vickey like clockwork. If she gave me a time she would be back I knew I could count on her. She made sure we were comfortable at all times and took the time to make us feel truly welcome. We were in a precaution room due to the false covid positive results from the other facility. I can’t imagine how hot it must have been in all of the gear. She and the doctor truly took the time to listen to me and answer all of my questions. I was in shock at what a turnaround Newark has done when it comes to patient care, and next time needed we will start our journey at the Newark location. Thank you RN Vitoria for a wonderful experience
