Tori is one special and gifted nurse. This is my fourth stay in the hospital in ten months. All staff is courteous, but Tori goes above and beyond; she suggested things that relieved my tension and stress. I requested moisturizer for my bleeding nostrils from 24/7 oxygen and respiratory treatments every four hours. Did it work? Yes.
I had a death in my family in Pittsburg while I was here. Tori instinctively knows when to listen, then comfort, not an autopilot response. That is part of her being, not taught. It's one of many attributes that makes her so special. Kudos and thank you for caring. You helped me through a challenging time.
