Victoria Tellier, RN

A mother in the NICU was having to make the difficult decision to withdraw care from her infant and Victoria provided above and beyond care using her own personal experience to support this mom through the difficult time. Victoria came in on days that she was not scheduled, including the day of withdrawal, and supported the mom with grace. She was present at any and all times that mom required support within the weeks leading up to the day. She was kind and provided a safe environment for a mom going through a difficult time. She also ensured staff support for this momma.
