Victoria was an outstanding nurse who attended and listened to our concerns when we felt that my husband wasn't being himself. I felt that his coordination, when he was eating, was not normal and he seemed a bit confused. Victoria took the time to listen and took immediate action. She re-checked his blood pressure. My husband was eating dinner, but I was still concerned about my husband's blood sugar, Victoria checked it right away. Since it was low, she intervened to bring it up.
On another occasion, she called a team of nurses and took charge of the situation when we felt that my husband was very out of it. She showed concern and compassion for his needs on avery professional level. She made us feel calm and we knew that he was getting well taken care of.
