A person with excellent work ethics, highly admired for her maturity in time management decision making and quick to respond to critical situations, deserves to be nominated. Our associates appreciate her team spirit and helping nature. She always shares her knowledge and educates patients, families, and co-workers. My experiences have been great when I worked with her. One of the patient care assistants (PCA) stated to me that Victoria made her patient's bed and gave him a bath when the PCA was busy. She is a good team player. Victoria Tyler is a great asset to the City of Hope. She is a true angel to our less fortunate patients and our team. Victoria's compassion toward patients and families makes her a true DAISY Nurse.
