This was my second open heart surgery, Victoria is by far the best nurse I have ever had, her compassion, gentle touch, and caring give me a feeling of security and a positive feeling for recovery. She’s always positive and there when you need her. Victoria is the type of nurse that should teach other nurses how to care for patients. She is truly a remarkable nurse, you’re very lucky to have her on your staff. Victoria has a no-nonsense get it done attitude. Her confidence builds trust and faith that I’m in good hands.
