All the nurses in the CTED (Center forthe Treatment of Eating Disorders)program are absolutely amazing in what they do, but Viktoria stood out to me. I was hospitalized in the CTED program for two weeks recently. Days could get long and lonely and frustrating. When I had Viktoria as my nurse, her warm smile would brighten my day. On one particular day when I was struggling with anxiety urges, she sat in my hospital room and talked with me in her soft-spoken way until I felt safe. She took time out of her busy day just to make sure mine was a bit brighter, and when I was doing well she made sure to encourage me! Viktoria is a ray of sunshine that helped my daisy (and others) to bloom.
