My adult child spent a few days in the ICU. His blood pressure and heart rate were unstable due to his medical history and medication. Viktoriya worked for almost 8 hours to get him stable; trying different meds, turning some on then off. Trying to get the right mix. She explained everything along the way. I understand you aren’t used to parents staying here, but my son is ID and has autism. Everyone was knowledgeable, and decisive in how to care for my child. They were clear and didn’t hesitate a bit. I am never happy when my son is in the hospital, but your staff from the valet all the way to the physicians, were unbelievable. I have been in/out of hospitals for over 21 years. This may be one of my favorite places. In the past, I would have never left him alone with staff, as I needed to do more care for him while inpatient. Several times your nurses said, “Sit down, I have this, you relax”. Thanks for making this bearable stay, Viktoriya. And thanks for all the lessons.

Thank you, Viktoriya, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
