While a patient in St. Joe Oakland Hospital Viktoriya Starr was my nurse. Immediately she showed a "good" disposition as she promptly assessed my needs and administered meds, making me feel comfortable and assured I was in good hands. She always answered the call button timely and was verbally kind when responding to any request and/or questions about my overall care. Viktoriya was knowledgeable as a nurse and prompt in patient care. She was always checking in on me and just a "genuinely kind" and caring nurse. I feel she deserves recognition for her job well done. When I mentioned her name to other nursing staff, there was an immediate agreement of how awesome she is as a nurse and person.
