In a stressful environment, she remains calm, collective and proceeds with her job gracefully! She even gets her hands dirty as a charge nurse. I've always seen her take initiative and would complete tasks when it becomes too difficult for her peers. She always tries to learn how to do something on her own so that she can be an efficient nurse. She's well rounded and has many years of experience under her belt! She treats everyone fairly no matter their race or occupation! She's so nice and respectful to EVS and HUCS! When a patient calls, she rushes to them. With Vin, I never have to worry about not being able to find her. She sees her patients in a timely manner. She never complains about her assignments. Never complains about getting admissions even when she just started her shift! She just takes what's given to her and does her best. She makes it easy to work with and easier to do our jobs. Even if she doesn't get a break, she makes sure everyone is okay.
