Every morning Vina starts her day with a smile and a willingness to help. As an OR registrar I get to witness the full operation of the OR. Not only is she a knowledgeable nurse, she's also informed as to the many different doctors' needs and has the ability to adapt to their style of work.
I have witnessed on numerous occasions Vina finish her room and jump in to help or facilitate fellow co-workers get through their cases. She helps set up cases, break them down, and if need be, turnover a room. She is a true DAISY Nurse because she is a nurse who goes far beyond the call of nursing to ensure a friendly harmonic working environment.
