Already admittedly nervous about having an MRI, one patient’s recent experience was made second-to-none, thanks to her nurse, Vincent Falcone. The patient explained how Vincent went out of his way to create a welcoming and stress-free environment for her while she waited for an MRI – telling jokes, singing songs, even getting her lunch after the MRI appointment was canceled. The nominator said, “Vincent deserves this award. In all my years, he is a one-of-a-kind nurse and I hope and pray he will be my nurse again!”
