When we first got into ICU with our son, Vincent helped us feel like he was safe and being cared for. Vincent helped us learn what was happening and understand how each medication helped our son. He was patient with us asking questions and our worry. We believe he shows remarkable skill in his expertise and quiet calmness in caring for the family of patients in ICU as well as the patient care being attentive to all of their needs.
