She is a nurse leader who possesses almost all of the good qualities of a great leader. Working with compassion and with remarkable patience are two of her most significant qualities. She manages the day-to-day activities of her departments very well and solves any problem in a decent and quiet way. Her leadership style inspires and motivates all her staff and all the people under her care, which is why the staff respects her so much. One of the extraordinary things that she always does is, she is always visible and readily available for help and support to her departments even to the point of doing bedside care, transporting patients to OT/X-ray, and even attending to call bells and patients' needs. Also, she maintains good interpersonal relationships not only with her nurses, but also with the doctors, porters, housekeepers, security, and others. She is a nurse leader who always wears a genuine smile on her face that boosts the strength of her staff. In other words, she is providing a healthy and happy working environment which is much needed at this time.
