I was transferred and Violeta made everything alright. That was when my experience was about to change. She did her job. It was like I was a visitor in her home. Her hospitality was amazing and by the time she got finished receiving me to her floor, I had forgotten about my experience. There is not enough space here but she did make me feel like I had my own private duty nurse, and I know I wasn't her only patient. Thank you so much Violeta for everything and thank you Sinai Hospital.
