Violeta is dedicated to her nursing profession. She cares a lot for the patients and follows the policies of the unit and the organization. Whenever necessary, she educates the staff to render a better than ideal care and intervention to patients. She helps out generously, especially when needs arise. Considering the hectic care of being a charge nurse when the unit is full she maintains her sunny character in life.
