Some people are put into your life for a reason. I think that God was watching out for me the day that I gave birth. I was so nervous coming in to have my second child. Jenny greeted me with a smile and made me comfortable and well taken care of. She sat with me, coached me through contractions, and helped me get through one of the hardest days of my life. I had an amazing delivery. Soon after, things took a turn for the worse. I delivered right before shift change. Jenny stayed after her shift was over to help get me get settled into my postpartum room. As soon as I moved rooms, I started bleeding out tremendously. Jenny stayed with me and comforted me as she called for help. Without her staying past her shift to get me to my new room, I may not be here today. She got help immediately, and without her early interventions, I could have died. I am forever grateful for Jenny, and I will never forget her.
