I would like to recognize Grace because of her consistent excellence both in her approach to professionalism and her outstanding personal skills. I felt as if I had my mom or my sister taking care of me. She openly displays a genuine concern for the welfare of her patient both physically and emotionally. She is upfront with medical information but delicate in her approach. Grace is able to make a patient comfortable with the warmth of her personality yet professional in her relationship with them (a very delicate balance). In my estimation, if she could be cloned so as to care for all your patients no other facility could touch Wake/Baptist Health. Seriously.
