December 2025 Honoree
Virginia Peters, RN
Ginny has been wonderful! I made an appointment with a nurse to help me attach my continuous glucose monitor. During my 1st visit with Ginny, she explained everything to me, how to attach it, and how it works. I was so glad to receive her support, as it all seemed overwhelming to me. She was so kind and super patient with me, which I tremendously appreciated. Ginny went above and beyond by voluntarily showing me her monitor to show me what the screen looked like. I appreciated that special touch, as I know she did not have to do that.
My 2nd visit with Ginny was the same! This time I went 2 weeks accumulating data and was concerned about an incident where my glucose was low. She put my concerns to rest and went over some information that I had forgotten. I never felt she rushed me and was willing to spend the time answering my questions. She is undoubtedly one of the best nurses that I have ever experienced! Thank you, Ginny!
