When I was feeling really miserable, Virginia went out of her way to make me comfortable and to feel normal here at the hospital. This is my first time admitted to a hospital. All of the staff was great, but Virginia went above and beyond everything I expected. She was very pleasant and kind to me. I want her to know how much I appreciated her kindness.
