Ginger took care of my husband for his kidney biopsy. What I noticed right away was that she called my husband by his name and also called me by my name. She included me in the entire process. A true nurse is holistic and includes family. Part of being a nurse is caring, not only for the patient but the patient’s family. Ginger was very caring, concerned, she showed interest in my husband and wanted to know his story. He wasn’t just one of seven patients for the day. He was R. Ginger did a thorough job on going through his medication list and explained what she was doing. Another part about being a nurse is knowing when to delegate or accept that you need help. Ginger had difficulty inserting the IV. Instead of trying multiple times, she listened to my husband and found another nurse to do the task. This, in my eyes, is the sign of a good nurse. Ginger was a very pleasant and friendly person. I appreciated the care she provided to my husband.

Thank you, Virginia, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
