First let me say that everyone I came in contact with was very nice, friendly, and pleasant. One nurse set the stage by being friendly and joking with me as I was getting ready for surgery, Virginia Turner. She really helped me relax and feel comfortable.
Gin talked to me the whole time of surgery and it helped relax me and keep my mind off the loss of ½ my toe. After surgery she came over to me and gave me a hug and a gentle kiss on the forehead. She wished me luck and told me the take care. The friendly way she did this and the sincerity of her voice has stayed with me.
She made me feel like she really cared!
