During one of the most difficult times, the final days with our father, Vitalii provided a level of care that went far beyond clinical duties. Somehow, he had the ability to anticipate our needs, and the way he stepped in to help was incredibly gentle, kind, and intentional.
The transition to end-of-life is an overwhelming experience, but Vitalii stepped in with a balance of professional expertise and deep, genuine compassion. He didn't just care for our father; he cared for our entire family. He ensured our father maintained dignity until the very end and provided us with the space and support we needed to say goodbye.
Vitalii's presence was a light in a very dark time, and we will never forget the kindness he extended. Vitalii represents the very best of the nursing profession. I cannot think of anyone more deserving of this recognition.
