Vivian is kind, If I needed something, she was on it. I felt like I was at a spa with the exception of the IVs and blood being drawn. I told Vivian I would try not to bother her and she said no worry, she enjoyed what she does and her patients are her #1 priority. She never complained about anything. She truly cares about her patients and it shows. I hope all the nurses are like Vivian. She makes you feel special. She has a very big heart and loves to help her patients.
