Vivian Charles, LPN, was a polite and helpful nurse. She always seemed glad to see me. I would say she’s the cream of the crop. I greatly enjoy seeing her friendly face. Thank you, Vivian, for all you did for me and others. It has been a blessing working with you.

Vivian is an outstanding nurse, so dependable, so consistent and steady. She is cheerful and uplifting. She made me smile and laugh during my hospitalization. Vivian consistently treated my husband with patience, kindness, and respect, even during difficult moments. When he struggled with discomfort, sleep disruptions, and loss of independence, she took the time to listen, reassure him, and advocate for his needs. She showed incredible passion toward our family. Vivian exemplifies what it means to provide truly patient-centered care. 

We want to thank Vivian for being there for my family member. Vivian fixed the issue of my mom being sick for many days after taking the medication that made her sick. Vivian said she would fix it, and she did. She went straight to the pharmacist and was able to get the doctor involved. Mom was excellent after that.

Vivian is so nice, kind, fun, loving, and knows her stuff. She always has answers to my questions, and she is joyful. Vivian has made my stay here at the hospital a very pleasant one, and I did not think that would be possible. Her personality made it a much more pleasant stay because of her humor and promptness.

Vivian was always kind and compassionate when I screwed up. She was always gentle, kind, and friendly put me on the right path to compliance. She always had a smile.
