Vivian Echeverria Quiroga, RN, BSN

During my time in the hospital, as someone coping with trauma, I was unintentionally triggered by a concept Vivian Quiroga was teaching during a group session, so I quietly exited the room. Noticing this, Vivian made it a point to quietly pull me aside later, before I was discharged, to speak with me about my experience. She let me know of her concern for my well-being and took the time to review the coping skills I had missed during her session. By just reaching out, Vivian helped make my transition from hospitalization to home much less stressful.
