During the most terrifying time in our lives, Vivian Ly cared for him in the Neuro ICU for over 10 days and became much more than just his nurse. Vivian is the most exceptional nurse I have ever encountered. Her attentiveness and compassion exceeded our expectations. She didn’t just care for my dad; she cared for all of us. We trusted her completely, and she never missed a detail, making us feel like we were her only priority even on the busiest days. Because of her, we know my father received the best care possible.
