Member wanted to inform the Manager of the incredible service and care she received from ARN. Member stated ARN had such a soothing tone and voice and assisted with her level of anxiety. Member recently experienced a "crisis event". ARN was able to give her information, and take care of her immediate concern in such a professional and warm caring manner.
