Vivian went and comforted her and reassured her they were doing what was best for the outcome of both her and her baby.
My daughter, who was 42 weeks pregnant, was admitted with her first child. She was scared and things were not going as planned, as I understand they rarely do. After being induced she was not progressing, so it was suggested she do a C-Section. With the guest restrictions still in place she was really scared and felt very alone. Vivian was on that day and my daughter knew her. Vivian went and comforted her and reassured her they were doing what was best for the outcome of both her and her baby. The C-Section was prepped, and it was very near the change of shift, but Vivian chose to stay and be with her during her surgery. At the beginning of the surgery, she stopped and asked to pray over my daughter. This brought instant peace and assurance to my daughter. This had an amazing outcome as my daughter was greeted by an 11-pound healthy baby girl, whose name means God has answered. Our family would like to say thank you to the whole team on the 4th and 5th floor and to Vivian for going above and beyond to show love to our family.
