I've had the pleasure of knowing Vivian for over twenty years. Vivian has shown all the qualities that an extraordinary nurse. Vivian is kind, patient, humble and compassionate. There are many stories that can be told about Vivian's patient care, but what I appreciate most is her sense of urgency to take care of her patients. When I worked with her she would rush to get the patient pain medication, water or assist them to the bathroom. I think she does to others what she would want to be done for herself or her family and that is remarkable. Vivian also displays these awesome qualities with her co-workers. I remember Vivian teaching me when I was a new nurse and I never felt intimidated or afraid when I worked with her. Vivian is an extraordinary nurse!
