I really don't have enough good words to say about Mr. Liggins. I watched the whole scene with another patient and it was an awful scene. But he was wonderful, didn't lose his temper at all, even though he was being called names over and over again.

When I approached him because I wanted to know who I could talk to, because he needs to be recognized for the wonderful job he did, he said, "it's okay. But I feel very strongly about everyone knowing how awesome he did his job and handled the situation. I don't think I could have. We need more people like him. He was great with my brother too.
