Wade Chance is one of the incredible nurses I've had the pleasure of receiving exceptional care from at the Albert Lea Cancer Center! He makes sure I understand my cares, including what medications are being used for my cancer and the side effects of the meds, and he always, with kindness, gives me time to process and helps me understand updates for my treatments, even when the news may be less than great. Wade is one of my cancer center nurses, but he has also become a friend who has helped me through my journey with Cancer. I honestly don't think I could have come through these 3-to-4-hour Chemotherapy treatments for these nine months without the encouragement, laughs, and kindness that Wade and all my Cancer Center nurses have given me. Wade has shown me genuine respect. Wade's knowledge of cancer and its treatment is to be admired. Cancer is a very emotional diagnosis. I feel Wade has helped me to stay positive throughout my treatments. My cancer team and Wade are a big part of why/how my cancer treatment is working so well, in my opinion. I want to give Wade and my Cancer Team a heartfelt thank you for providing me with the Best Care anyone could ask for!
