Mr. Wael is a complete package of a manager, a mentor, and a brother. He is a good listener and opens his ears to all concerns. He manages each conflict calmly. His door is open to all staff, and he is very supportive not only at work but also to our families. He is an exceptional manager who works and contributes towards achieving the mission and vision of SKGH through his many extra responsibilities. He deserves to be awarded as he is touching others' lives and he serves as a role model and a great inspiration among nurses.
