It wasn't just one situation, it was the fact that for 2 whole shifts (2days) she was kind, respectful, worked without complaint or excuses for my 93 year old dad who was very sick, confused, weak, and needed her kindness and compassion. She thanked him for his service. She provided privacy for my dad as well as for the family during this devastating time. Wagma attended to my dad's needs gracefully. She provided care with a smile and a thank you when I helped her. Wagma was always available - I never had to hunt her down, she checked on us often. You could tell Wagma's attitude showed she cared about saving this elderly Veteran. She answered questions and found answers quickly. Kept in touch with the doctor for us. She never made us feel we were bothering her and never handled my dad inappropriately. From a nurse's point of view, Wagma is the example of how a trained nurse should continue to be when out of school and no one is grilling her. Excellent Nurse. Wagma went above and beyond.
