Nurse Walid is very professional and very helpful to my mother. He is kind and understanding; he always makes a way to contact and update me on my mother. During Ramadan, he helped us to schedule the sessions with my mother after Eid. Walid is always approachable and kind. He always makes sure that my mother is good. He always monitors my mother and asks if she wants anything. I hope that more like Walid will be willing to help and understand how the patient feels.
