Additional Comments from Charge Nurse: The patient says that Walter was his nurse for 3 nights and took excellent care of him. He said that Walter kept him clean, cared for his skin, and kept him comfortable and did it all with an attitude that made the patient comfortable and not feel like a burden. He wanted to make sure management knew that they have a wonderful nurse and was well taken care of.
